Management System Health Check
The consultant will review the management system against the requirements of the relevant Standard (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015), taking the Company through a gap analysis process designed to provide evidence of compliance required prior to the Transition visit. Completion of the Gap Analysis may also identify areas of non-compliance, giving the Company time to rectify the situation before the transition visit.

Interpretation of new requirements: our consultants can explain the differences between 2008 and 2015 and what you have to do to meet these new or revised requirements. The new Standard contains new concepts in addition to new and revised requirements.

Increase awareness of the Standard throughout the company by informal or formal training sessions where we explain the Standard.

Attend/represent the company during assessment visits and routine surveillance visits by certification bodies.
